Hi, people. Back to my blog now since long time ago. I am retired now and some persuaded me to go back to a higher level, but I think I am contented enough. After all, I never like to become someone really big, I just want a normal yet happy life. Retiring is like putting off a burden. Phew. I am back to myself again.

See, chubbier now, right?Well, I've tried many methods to gain weight. To name a few, sedentary lifestyle, high calorie diet, extra meals, anything that makes me lazier, but not fatter. Recently, I found that the reason that helps me to gain some weight is become of my acne medication. I was prescribed with antibiotics which should be taken twice a day, so I take it once at noon after lunch and once at midnight before sleep. Since it should be taken after meal, I need to fill my tummy with some food before I take that, which also means that I need to take supper every night. I've tried taking it without having supper but then I have really gastroesophageal reflux. The feeling of heartburn and nausea is bad, bad bad. So, this forces me to practice the habit to have supper every night, which in fact, is very fattening to eat and sleep. Keke. Well, still got a month to go for this medication regime, will be switching to OD instead of BD later. Hope that I will just remain at the ideal weight. :)
